Guild Ranks

I thought I'd make a topic explaining the guild ranks, their meanings, and how to change ranks, since I added a new rank recently.

Co-leaders: This rank is only for me and Mayhem. It serves as the second in command rank. Mayhem is to be respected and adhered to just as I am. It has invite AND kicking rights.
Currently, there is no way to move into this group.

Officers: This rank has invite priveleges. Officers serve as the eyes and ears of a leader, making sure that people follow the rules, but since YOU GUYS ARE SO DIFFICULT, the people in this rank serve as recruiters. However, I would like officers to serve as examples to the rest of the guild, and may be implementing this soon.
To be moved into this rank, I must consider you trustworthy and mature enough to be in it and/or recruit. Moving into this rank is based solely on Mayhem and I's decision. The only exception is in the case of a guild merging with us.
You may easily be kicked from this rank for inactivity, immaturity, errant decisions, abusing invite powers, or not using invite powers at all.

Veterans: I originally made this group simply to pull apart the old, inactive members in order to organize the guild list. Though, I have since then used this rank to indicate members that should be highly recognized and respected. That means you should NOT start crap with them because they do have the upperhand.
To gain entry into this rank, you must show loyalty to the guild by staying in it for a prolonged period of time. If I feel you have shown loyalty to the guild, you must be at least lvl 120 before I move you.
The only exception to the level rule is in case of having been in the guild for a very long time, in example maxisback.

Guild Members: This is, for the most part, the bulk of Subversion. Without the members there would be no guild.
Consisting of different leveled players, the members are what keep the guild fun and running. It is definitely not the "lowest rank" because the lowest rank is anyone not in the guild at all.
To gain entry to this rank I must consider you worthy enough to be in our epic guild.

I will not make anymore specialty ranks or one person ranks etc as they clutter up the guild. I want to keep it as clean as possible. The only other rank I might make is an "Alt" group which will help seperate the alts from the actual member list.

Finally, regardless of rank, I expect everyone to respect each other and treat each other right. Sure we can laugh and joke around, but at the end of the day my hope is for everyone to get along.

So... question.

Are we always recruiting people?
If so, what kind of requirement is there?
Or, is it to just be active?

Cause I love recruiting, I just didn't know if we were, lol.

I'd like to recruit, I love talking to people and have alright people skils.
I can differ between NOOBS and the possible ELITE or FUNNY.
Meh, I'll go Proc in a few lvs.

There should be like a one week trial period....for new members...Cuz some of these req. we wont find out on the inital contact.

And some of the members that join just start crap.

O.o We'll never get any new guild members with those 4 people able to recruit. They don't even shout lol.

That reaper guy was really nice, I dunno what the deal was.
